We keep the routes tight on purpose. A crew that isn’t crossing the metro twice a day is a crew that shows up the day we said it would — that’s the whole geography strategy, and it’s why the list below is short.
Jenks and Bixby
Jenks is building faster than its dirt can settle. Builder-grade finish means sod laid over compacted clay, swales that quit at the property line, and downspouts dumping at the slab. Two summers in, the back corner holds water and the fence line leans. Most of our drainage work starts exactly there — and most of our patios go in behind houses young enough that the backyard was never really finished in the first place.
Bixby lots run bigger, and the new additions push into ground that drained itself for a century before the rooftops arrived. More roof and more driveway means more water with nowhere to go, so French drains and retaining walls lead here. Fire pits follow close behind — Bixby keeps its evenings outside.

Oklahoma clay swells when it rains, shrinks hard in August, and sheds water like pavement. Every town on this page sits on it. It’s why drainage leads our work everywhere we go — and why a fix that ignores the clay doesn’t stay fixed.

Sapulpa
THE ESTABLISHED YARD
Sapulpa yards have what new neighborhoods can’t buy: shade, scale, and trees worth keeping. Older lots, grades that settled decades ago — and drainage that was never built, just tolerated. These yards don’t need a redesign. They need the water problem solved and the good bones kept.
Sand Springs
THE HILLSIDE YARD
The one part of the metro with real elevation. A retaining wall here isn’t decoration — it’s how the backyard stays on your property. Slopes, terraces, and water that moves fast when it rains: structural work, done to structural standards.
Glenpool
THE COMPACT LOT
Smaller lots, the same heavy clay. The upside of compact: a Glenpool backyard goes from problem to finished room in days, not weeks.

South Tulsa, the Glenpool edge, just over the Creek Turnpike — ask anyway. If the route can hold your address, we take the job. If it can’t, we say so instead of showing up late for a year.
