Four builds, one order. Most are a few crew days on site, not a season of subcontractors.

- WHAT’S FAILING
- Water stands for days after rain. Beds wash out, the low corner squishes into June, and it’s creeping toward the slab.
- WHAT WE BUILD
- A trench graded with real fall, lined with filter fabric, filled with washed gravel around four-inch pipe, run to a daylight or pop-up exit. Water leaves the way it should have all along.

- The wall leans a little more every spring, the cracks keep opening, and the slope behind it keeps pushing.
- WHAT WE BUILD
- A compacted footing below grade, block stepped back every course, drainage stone and a toe drain behind the face. Walls fail from trapped water, not soil — ours drain.

Paver patios & outdoor rooms
- WHAT’S FAILING
- Mud where a floor should be. Half the year you’re paying for square footage you can’t put a chair on.
- WHAT WE BUILD
- Six inches of compacted base, a screeded inch of bedding sand, pavers, polymeric sand locking the joints. A floor outside, built the way floors are.

- WHAT IT’S FOR
- The backyard closes in October when the light goes. A fire moves the season’s edge toward January; a pergola moves August back outside.
- WHAT WE BUILD
- Fire pits and seat walls on footings that don’t move, gas or wood, and pergolas sized to actually shade something — built on ground we prepared first. That order matters.

Mowing, edging, beds, and seasonal cleanup on a standing schedule. It’s not the headline of what we do — it’s the reason the yard we built you still looks built in two years. And we stay close to home, so the crew shows up the week it’s supposed to.
